Hello all, My name is Cherie i live just outside London in the uk, i was banded on the 11/11/05 i have only lost 28lbs and had my first fill last week, i have a 9ml band and have got 2 mls in her, love to hear from you good luck to you all.

My name is Jenny and I am due to be banded in two days time at Solihull, West Mids! In three months time if I have lost 28 pounds I'm gonna be thrilled.

Have you been watching Supersize Surgery? I can't believe I am going through it myself! I go to the Dolan Park Hospital myself - featured on the show.

Just a question for everybody - this might be silly but does everyone need surgery afterwards? Tummy Tucks etc. or has anyone snapped back into place? That scares me more than the band!!

Good luck and I hope we will share this journey together! Any advice for the big day?
