  1. Surgery over. Big relief. Really tired getting down water is really tough.
  2. Good luck. I am2/25 too.
  3. I am scheduled for surgery on Monday too. My emotions range from excited to petrified. I just keep reminding myself that I am doing this for my health ( okay and the really cute clothes I have in storage that I want to fit). It helps me to read the posts of people who have just completed the surgery @Marine79 posted the same day if surgery. We have to believe in us. I will be looking for your post surgery posts.

  5. Like so many others on this site, I have been reading your updates. So nice to read that you are making progress and feeling better.
  6. I am always amazed when I see these comments 90 lbs ! I am also over 300 pounds and if Lose 90 lbs after four months, I will be shouting on the beach (still clothed mind you) but I am still throwing a party. Can you share what/how do you eat. Also, since this is a older post, do you have any other comments?

  12. I have tried these before from Trader Joe’s and liked them (pre-surgery). The nutrition info is included. If you try them, let me know what you think.
  13. I am on a two week pre op diet. This is day eight. It has not been bad, finding creative ways to drink protein. The most surprising thing to me is the fact that I am not hungry. Good luck.

  19. I am curious, did anyone’s doctor warn you about gas? I have only found out about this because of research and forums. It seems odd to me since this is a part of the surgery.
