Any foods that still ( or recently ) make you sick ?
Chinese food the past few times I've had it. Made me vomit it.

As of Yesterday, 200 lbs lost from my heaviest
Weighed myself yesterday morning, and I was 227 lbs. The weight I was that got me to start this journey to begin with was 427 lbs., almost two years ago. Sure, today I fluctuated up 4 lbs. due to water retention from what I ate yesterday (and not having a bowel movement until after I'd eaten breakfast), but I count that as a win. For reference, I was 360 lbs on the day of my surgery, 13 months ago.

What do you eat in a day to get 70-80 G Protein
Quest Protein Chips. 19-20g protein, 140 calories... I'm more than a year out and they're still a part of my routine.

WLS and Clothes
I'm down to size XL shirts and 38 waist size now

Post rny throw up
I've thrown up a few times. Foamies and dry heaving until the chunk of food or whatever was stuck comes up. I had the fun experience about a month and a half out of surgery where I had food get stuck and it took two hours of vomiting every five minutes before it could actually come up.

Foods that you Shouldn't be able to handle but can
I had Thanksgiving dinner come up on me and I literally only ate things that I should have been able to handle. So believe me I understand.

Foods that you Shouldn't be able to handle but can
Another thing that I find myself able to enjoy that I was told I probably wouldn't? Spicy food. My pouch is unbothered by spice. Even really hot things.

Foods that you Shouldn't be able to handle but can
So, almost a year out from my surgery and down about 130 lbs from surgery day (197 lbs overall), I find myself eating what I consider relatively normal now. I mean yes, there's still things that I can't eat at all, and I still eat a lot less overall than I did before. I've still found that there are things that I can handle now that in theory, I shouldn't be able to. An example? Fun size M&Ms. I can handle a pack of these with some protein and not have any issues. One pack of fun size M&Ms is less than 10 grams of sugar. I can also handle grapes, sushi, and a single slice of pizza. Anything more is pushing it. My weight fluctuates day to day, but it's still on a downward trend and I'm getting good walking in with the occasional swim as exercise.

No weigh lost in a month
You'll have times where you stall for a few weeks then start losing again. It's just your body adjusting some. I recently broke a stall that had me fluctuating between 237 and 240 lbs.

How much sugar caused you to dump?
If you're going to have fruits this early, I'd recommend berries and/or kiwi. These are lower sugar/glycemic index fruits.

PreWorkout Eating/Food Idea
Do a mix of both. Maybe about an hour before.

Stall at eight months?
Honestly, I expect to hit a stall next two weeks, but I'm hoping the swimming can prevent the holiday stall. I'm still eating primarily protein-heavy, but I've discovered I can tolerate certain sweets in moderation. (like a cookie with my protein)

Stall at eight months?
Everyone loses at different rates, and your starting weight was actually fairly low. In positive news, stall definitely broken. Down to 242.9 this morning.

Issues with solids. Plz help me!!!
Honestly, I still have issues with eggs at eight months out. Chicken is hit or miss for me, depends on how it's prepared and how moist it is. Dry chicken is a no-go. Red meat, oddly, I have zero problems with.

Stall at eight months?
Stall seems tentatively broken. Will know for certain tomorrow, but I think that adding swimming back into my regimen has helped.

Stall at eight months?
I mean, at least the two of us are no longer morbidly obese, but still...

Stall at eight months?
Is it normal to stall for three or more weeks at around the eight month mark? I was 360.8 the day of surgery and I am down to between 244 and 248 now. (I've been fluctuating between these weights for the past three weeks). I'm going to be re-introducing swimming in addition to my walking, but the stall still is starting to worry me.

Eight Months Out
I'm also eight months out and started around a similar area. I'm at 244-246 and have been for the past three weeks.

Happy Thanksgiving
I'm about eight months out. Tried dinner. Ate about half of what I put on my plate and had it come back up. But the low carb pumpkin bread and low carb low fat pumpkin cheesecake went well.

Soft food diet
pan-cook them with some lemon pepper and extra virgin olive oil (no more than a tbsp.). A squeeze of lemon overtop works well.
