  1. Awesome Lindsay congratulations,[emoji93] when do you see the dietitian?
  2. I also got my workout in did about a mile and a half on my bike. Not to far today but I was carrying lots of weight with me so I worked hard. My go to a snack is boiled eggs or cherry tomatoes. I keep both on hand for snack time. I also have old fashioned popcorn. The bag of kernels you pop yourself. Coconut oil with a little salt and pepper. I am getting the gastric bypass. My mom and I are doing this together so that's what we both decided on. I have been told it's very common for mother and daughter to get WLS together. Is there any other teams out there??

  10. Hello Jennifer I am very excited to hear from you. We are about that same place on our road to surgery. I hope to get mine the middle of April. My current weight is about 330 and my goal is 150 so I have a long way to go. I just had my psych eval yesterday and it was awesome. The doctor had the sleeve 3 years ago and he has lots of positive things to say. Wow your family sounds about like mine lol. My boyfriend is an in-shape ice cream junkie and it's so irritating lol
