  5. I also got my workout in did about a mile and a half on my bike. Not to far today but I was carrying lots of weight with me so I worked hard. My go to a snack is boiled eggs or cherry tomatoes. I keep both on hand for snack time. I also have old fashioned popcorn. The bag of kernels you pop yourself. Coconut oil with a little salt and pepper. I am getting the gastric bypass. My mom and I are doing this together so that's what we both decided on. I have been told it's very common for mother and daughter to get WLS together. Is there any other teams out there?? My current weight is about 330 and my goal is 150 so I have a long way to go. I just had my psych eval yesterday and it was awesome. The doctor had the sleeve 3 years ago and he has lots of positive things to say. Wow your family sounds about like mine lol.
