    I Think the only help for the disc issues are injections, physical therapy, and/or surgery?? You may want to speak to a neurosurgeon or orthopedic Dr. For options.

    I was told NO caffeine after surgery ever again. Dehydrates you and I a little concerned that getting enough water in daily will be a challenge for me.

    Congratulations! I was also given a date in February 2019. But I was told by surgeons staff that insurance has not approved yet. Is this the norm?
