  1. I don’t have PCOS but have you checked with your gyn doctor or endocrinologist? Maybe they would have an idea? Hang in there.
  2. The plain yogurt is going to take some time to get use to...sooo BITTER!!
  3. Anyone else give up artificial sweeteners? Any suggestions?
  4. Hey!! So I tried the Coconut yogurt w fruit and was just fine. Prob was the pistachios. Although this week I am trying to get away from artificial sweeteners in my yogurt so I went light and Fit plain Greek yogurt. I squished up blackberries and put them in to sweeten it up-it didn’t. But I still ate it. I gave up sweet and low in my coffee and now use Truvia but I guess that’s an articulate sweetener as well?!
  5. Oh ok. Starting weight was 231. CW 150....surgeon said I’ll get to 145. My personal goal is 135. I know I can do it!!
  6. What does Maintenance phase men? When do you get to Maintenance phase? Is it once you hit a year out? Is it a time thing? I had my sleeve in July so I still have four months til I hit a year. Just curious. I am still losing.

Omg my shoe size has shrunk as well!! I went from a 8.5-9 to a 7-7.5!!!
  8. So I tried the coconut yogurt with raspberries (no pistachios). I was fine. Guess it’s the nuts. Weird. Maybe I’ll eat a hand full separately and see what my stomach does. It may be them.
  9. Glad you found this app! Welcome! Keep on keeping on!?
  10. Ugh and I love the yogurt. I’ve been able to eat the strawberry light and Fit with berries in it and didn’t have gurgling and “other” issues lol Prob the nuts. I have slowly weeded out artificial sweeteners from almost everything...exception so far is yogurt. Even w my coffee I use Truvia. It was def and adjustment. What other yogurt could I eat. Seems like if you go low cal low fat it’s artificial sweetener. If you don’t think it’s full of sugar and fat.
  11. No regrets what’s so ever. I didn’t have any complications from surgery but if I had stayed the weight I was I would def have problems sooner or later. I’m def a healthier person now. I’ve lost 81 pounds now. You have to make the best choice you think for you. It’s not for everyone. Weight out your pros and cons. Good luck with whatever you decide. ?
  12. You know how everyone was talking about dumping etc. I haven’t had it but recently I switched flavor yogurt and added pistachios. Really really yummy but Boy oh boy. Yesterday my stomach was so sick and I had to go to the rr like three times. Ate same yogurt...and now stomach is gurgling like crazy!!!
  13. How did the surgery go???‍♀️
  14. I’ve had light and Fit yogurt plenty and I love it. The new part was the different flavor (Toasted Coconut) and I added pistachios!! So delicious!! If y’all haven’t tried it—-DO IT!!?
  15. Good luck tomorrow!! Hope for the best for you on your journey! Let us know how it goes
  16. Mine stayed on for like 3 weeks. Keep them on there. They will fall off eventually
  17. Let them fall off on their own
  18. SO sorry to hear that. Hope all works out this time around for you.
  19. Yes!!! Soooo so good!!! It was like a dessert!!
  20. I’ll have to try that as creamer in my coffee. Since my surgery, other than my morning cup of coffee, I drink ice cold water now. I use to not like any ice w my water and drank it at room temp. Now I LOVE it super cold with lots of ICE!
