  1. What is the name of the surgeon you used?
  2. Wow! Looks great!!
  3. Did you make it or order it from somewhere? Someone else posted something similar but she is in Barcelona, Spain so I can’t run and grab that. Pls tell me you’re not in Barcelona?!
  4. Glad surgery went well and you did this for YOU. Update? How did he take it?
  5. Congrats on the weight loss!! Where abouts in Houston?! I’m south of Houston. In between Galveston and Houston.
  6. That looks so good!!!!! Think I may try that next week. Don’t think my teenage boys will go for it but def for me and my husband
  7. I just get this weird hiccup when I’m full...no sneezing.
  8. Yes!! That is the worst!! Makes me gag!!!?????
  9. Friend you? How do you do that? Still learning a lot about this app
  10. Nope I’m happy to get rid of my big clothes!! You get to buy new clothes and shopping becomes fun again! Nice trying things on in “regular” sizes. Still have more to lose but getting there!!
  11. Cleaned out my whole closet and drawers this weekend. Tried on some capris I wore a week before surgery at Universal...they were so big on me. Def made me see the results even more that way. I wasn’t sad getting rid of my big clothes. Someone saw me today in Target who hasnt seen me in a while and asked if I was “ok” bc of the weight diff. Once she found out I was ok she said I looked great. Think it’s just that I look very diff. I don’t feel like I look sickly at all But guess when you see yourself in the mirror day after day it’s hard to see all the changes someone who doesn’t see you all the time sees.
  12. Oh wow!! must be beautiful over there!!! I am here in Texas (USA??) That dish looks so yummy! was it a Ramen bar
  13. Where did you order that?!! Looks so delicious!!!?
  14. My girls are REALLY sad. They are loose and jiggly like little Jell-O shots. I was a 38 full D. Now I’m a 36 in between a B and. C. C is too big and the B is a little too small. At my ideal body weight I was a B. I’m fine with being that size but geez they look like deflated balloons. Def will need a lift and implants. But I’m not doing anything until I reach my goal weight...and from that day forward until a year. Keep it off for a solid year and I’ll treat myself to some new girls and a tummy tuck. ?
  15. What is Ryvita crisp bread!?? That looks so yummy!!
  16. Also, Disney has a lot of healthy foods to choose from. They have plenty of fruit stands and restaurants that will have “better” choices than the counter service areas. I’m sure you can bring in some protein bars.
  17. I’m six months out as well. My hair was falling out like crazy. I started only washing it once, maybe twice a week to help with that. Also started taking Biotin supplements and putting collagen peptide (1 scoop of the powder)in my coffee. I’ve noticed a lot less hair failing out. Ask your NUT what you can do to help with your hair falling out and see what he/she recommends.
  18. Yes!!! It’s very painful!! I’m six months out. I’ve never not had a butt in my whole life...it has gotten better but it does hurt if I sit for too long. If you google it, it says this happens a lot to people who lose a alot of weight
  19. How about people in the movie theatre that start shaking their drink to let the ice come down in their cup then only to start crunching the ice!!!!?
  20. @yeahok31 That’s a good idea. Night time is my toughest part of the day to not give in to snacking while watching a tv show.
  21. I heard your taste buds change after surgery. So I can’t eat my favorite fish of all time-salmon. Smells terrible and tastes terrible to me now. Of course my sweet tooth is still there. Why couldn’t it have been my sweet tooth that changed. Not my love of salmon!!?
  22. @MarkLewis I’m at a post op appt w my surgeon and I’m going to ask him about the snacking. Tried to get in with my NUT after this appt (last min) and they couldn’t get me in. So I may have to wait a couple days to get a plan of strategy from my NUT. I was to be successful and I will be successful so I’ve got to get a plan. Mainly my fault for not going to my NUT.
  23. Hmmm that may be a good appetite curb for me at night...is it sweet? I know sometimes drinking something warm helps w hunger
  24. Very hard not snacking as I guess I started to get into a habit. Nipping it in the bud. Have an appt with my surgeon (follow up) today. I’m going to ask him. Going to make an appt w my NUT too.
