Well I guess it depends on what your surgeon calls for on your preop diet. Mine is protein shake for 2 meals and 3rd meal is a lean cuisine or weight watchers dinner. And carrots & celery for snack. I start next Friday on Oct 4 since my surgery is the 14th. Good luck to you as well and congratulations ?

Yeah I'm not looking forward to starting mine next week. I just can't wait for it to be over. It's been a long road. I started the process in January. My insurance had a list of requirements I had to fulfill before they would approve it.....

Went to surgeon office today and I'm down 7 more pounds only need to do 10 day pre-OP diet instead of 2 weeks. Everyday counts lol...
