Yes I love watching that show but I'm not basing my lost by theres. I myself have felt like I have come to a complete stop but maybe it's just me wishing I could see the difference already

No I ain't on maintenance yet

My starting weight was 230 and I'm 5'3" I only lost 9lbs pre OP I'm not consuming alot of calories I'm still on soft foods i still haven't started maintenance. Thank you all for answering my question

Hello everyone I have few questions. How many feel.that there weight lost has stopped? I feel like I ain't losing g the proper amount of weight weekly. I have lost 30 pounds in 40 days after weights lost surgery. Is this normal

I fdel.like I made the biggest mistake! I'm 5 days post OP and I feeling tingly in my face and I feel that I made a mistake on going ahead with surgery my family is trying to keep me occupied but my mind is still falling back that I made a mistake. My tummy is in pain and I cant quite burt the feeling of being super full is annoying. Sorry for my rant

I'm only on clear liquid but as soon as it hits my tummy I have burning and pain

Has anybody else experienced this. Every time I take a sip of liquid my stomach hurts? Is this normal?
