My starting weight was 230 and I'm 5'3" I only lost 9lbs pre OP I'm not consuming alot of calories I'm still on soft foods i still haven't started maintenance. Thank you all for answering my question Sent from my SM-N960U using BariatricPal mobile app

I fdel.like I made the biggest mistake! I'm 5 days post OP and I feeling tingly in my face and I feel that I made a mistake on going ahead with surgery my family is trying to keep me occupied but my mind is still falling back that I made a mistake.
