  4. I'm on the 7th day of clear liquids(surgery tomorrow)...it's awful, especially the first four days. Dizzy, nauseous, weak, headache. Watered down apple juice is allowed by my Dr. as long as I dont go over 50 calories. Rest as much as you can.
  5. As a fellow pear shape, I suggest investing in a good belt and buying pants at Cato. Their pants tend to fit best for plus size ladies with smaller waists and bigger legs [emoji6] I'm sure the weight loss will eventually even out to all areas.
  6. Hello, I'm new here, and I started my pre-op diet last week at 369. I'm down to 359 so far. My surgery is scheduled for Wednesday morning, wish me luck ladies [emoji6] ( I appreciate this thread for those of us with a bit longer journey[emoji813]️)

  10. My surgery is Wednesday (7th). Pre-op diet is all clear liquids. Current status is ...I feel like junk. Coffee withdrawals were the worst, but I think that's passed finally.
  11. I was told 14-30 days after your surgeons office sends everything in. I have Anthem BCBS and was told their policy is that it take no longer than 14 days. I got my approval in a week.
