Thanks The doctors office has told me twice that Tricare is ok at the Surgical center but it is not on the list. Guess I will have to keep trying to find out.

I have a referra lfor Dr Reddman in Covington LA but I do not find that the Surgical Center in Slidell onTRICARE list. Has anyone using Tricare used that center? I am so confused. It seems the more I learn the more quetions I have.

I appreciate all of the info. This is such a major decision I want to know as much as possible. Thanks to all of you who have responded. Please keep the info coming

JustValhere -- I am so interested in hearing of your experience with Dr Redmann. I am TRICARE so I could go to him. I have received a referral to a Dr Ringold in Mobile but I am thinking about changing. One of the comments I read about the LA group is that they are always late. Did you find that same experience? You asked in a previous reply about military. Are you Military and if so are you using Tricare. I am just beginning my research to use Tricare thru Keesler and would really appreciate any info you (or anyone reading this) has to share

I just found this site today and am very interested in these TRICARE posts. I signed up for Prime and will see a PMC for the first time in May at Keesler AFB Biloxi. Is anyone aware of a Lap Band surgeon in the Biloxi that accepts Tricare? Appreciate any info you can share. Tks
