  17. Well first of all hoping everyone had a decent Xmas Anyway looking at myself naked in the mirror noticed like my legs and arms and shoulder/neck area are skinny as&looking good but still need to lose some off my belly/chest area; like my legs are half the circumference they used to be and probably lost 1 shoe size. my arms are half the size as well and my neck/shoulders area showing the proper bones and muscles like a normal person and my face is skinny as well which I'm very happy about; I've dropped multiple shirt sizes as well it's just my belly area and breast that still has some fat/flab left to go and i think another 4 inches off my belly/waist will be great... is there anything I can do to target the mid section???? I have a bike but definitely looking into a rower machine !!! been losing weight so well and consistent for 4 months now and after a few days stall I've just dropped 3lbs in 2 days ? SW 322 CW 207.5 GW 185-190 Thank you all Mike.

  21. Depends how long it takes for the doctors office to go through everything before it even goes to the insurance... And hope they don't lose any papers in the process
  22. Thank you all for your kindest words. If all goes well I'll be at my goal of 180-190 within two months... Which makes a total of 6 months to lose 130-140lbs But I know I'll still need months of weights and resistance to tone up and build some muscle! THIS is a long term commitment; that I know for sure but I'm feeling confident about the future and bring on 2020!!!
  23. Woo hoo it is officially Christmas here down under.. Summer here heading for 95 today.. I had a few days there with no changes on the scales I'm not sure why I guess it happens. Today I woke up and dropped 1.5lbs overnight and hit 210lbs today (95kgs); getting closer everyday to my end goal of 185-195 That's officially 112lbs gone good bye good riddance But I also wanted to wish all my international friends a very merry Xmas and happy new years. I managed to cook a soup/stew and ate a few tiny pieces of sausage meat and a few carrot pieces and that was it for my Xmas lunch..lol hopefully one day I'll be able to eat proper food; more than a few bites....One day! take care. Mike.
  24. 2 months out still around 500cal/day
