Heeeey! Congratulations on getting banded!!! I went for my post op on Wednesday and I've already lost 24 lbs...*gasps* LOL!
I'm sure that'll slow down once I start introducing different foods, etc...but that's a very good start if you ask me!

I'm doing pretty good, I go for post-op tomorrow to get the "new rules" for week 2 and beyond...LOL! I promise I don't want to see another container of jell-o!
Staples...ouch! I think my doc glued my incisions...the stupid tape hasn't even fallen off of them yet...I'm annoyed. LOL!
My energy level is super, extra, low though...when I start moving around and everything I have to sit down occasionally and catch myself...but, I'm looking at the big picture...no pun intended!

LOL @ experimenting with it...trust me...I still experiment with mine 9 months later! LOL!
Yeah, the water is the tough one with me...but the crystal light and ocean spray powders are GREAT LOL!

I'm doing alright...I've been slacking a little bit lately so I really haven't lost anything in a few weeks...I'm trying to get my mojo back so I can lose 40 more lbs to hit 100 down!
I'm excited about your surgery date!!! I know you're probably getting nervous, hows the pre-op diet going?!

Okay, you've been banded about two months now, how comfortable now are you with your band? How much are you exercising? How much protein are you getting in daily? Annnd most importantly how much water are you drinking?
All of these things really play a huge role in your weightloss, trust me, I learned that first hand. I'm at a standstill right now at -80 and I know it's because I've been slacking on everything I've asked you above...

Alright! I can dig it! I'm trying to catch my second wind right now...I had become overly obsessed with losing weight...so for this week I've just been taking it easy and trying not to focus on working out and calories and etc, etc. I want to lose 30 more lbs so I plan on kicking back into action after this weekend...LOL...just needed some down time!
