    Thanks! I have found that just adding ketones has helped a great deal and my children can even drink it to help the whole family with its other benefits. Trying to all involved to start them off on a better path with their eating habits than I did.

    That’s great. As long as you feel good and healthy. I just seemed to need more energy to sustain my walks and keep me motivated and I do get bored with some of the protein shake options but they do help me stay on track.
