  2. You are not alone. I am 8 wks post op from the roux-n-y. It is a struggle everyday, but i would not change my mind if given a second chance. In 8 wekks i hv lost a total of 55lbs.. ..and i can move around unlike before. My experience with old habits ws a true test, too. How ever, believe me when i say, you body WILL tell you what to est and not eat. You just have to listen. I believe in you, and you can do anything you set your mind to. Good luck and blessings on your new journey in life. It will be amazing. Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app

Hello everyone, I am post-op Roux n y. 8 weeks out. I am having a very hard time finding foods that my stomach will handle. I can no longer eat eggs, tuna, and other mechanical softs. I have been trying ground beef, Turkey, chicken, and it is not working. Working i eat or drink.. feels like a concrete brick in my stomach. I am at my wits ends ..and so tried of crying. Can anyone please, give me some ideas of what to do?? I sm afraid of behing hospitalized from malnutrition and dehydration. Sent from my SM-G960U using BariatricPal mobile app
