  2. You are not alone. I am 8 wks post op from the roux-n-y. It is a struggle everyday, but i would not change my mind if given a second chance. In 8 wekks i hv lost a total of 55lbs.. ..and i can move around unlike before. My experience with old habits ws a true test, too. How ever, believe me when i say, you body WILL tell you what to est and not eat. You just have to listen. I believe in you, and you can do anything you set your mind to.   3. Hello everyone, I am post-op Roux n y. 8 weeks out. I am having a very hard time finding foods that my stomach will handle. I can no longer eat eggs, tuna, and other mechanical softs. I have been trying ground beef, Turkey, chicken, and it is not working. Working i eat or drink.. feels like a concrete brick in my stomach. I am at my wits ends ..and so tried of crying.
