Wheezy Whispers-AKA September's Goals
Woo! Sign me up for the 8 POUND CLUB! If I can do it, and keep it up til Xmas, I'll be able to get to 200!! That's my only goal, 8lbs for September.... ending me up at 223.4.

Argon's Activities
Thanks guys! No, I won't be going with him.. unfortunetly! LOL, I'll tell him I need a better present than a cookie! So... today was crazy. SO much chaos at work... and everyone was hungover. I don't know why they'd have something like that on a thursday! BUT... I finally got, and signed my contract. I ALSO got a very nice little 'relocation loan', which I will only have to repay if I don't stay there for the length of my contract (which ends Sept 07). I wasn't supposed to get it, because they never originally 'offered' it to me, but after hearing of new people (like my friend who just moved here) getting it, I went and 'inquired'.) Hey! I don't wanna miss out on that! I spent just as much money as anyone else moving out here, right? Right! So that's pretty cool... I definitely can use it. Thankfully, I don't need to work this weekend. I brought a little bit of work home with me, in case I'm bored, and wanna get ahead a little. I got my new TV... it's fabulous, and nice and big. Now I just need cable. I get CTV ok, but... my shows are gonna be starting soon, so I need to see them all, and crystal clear! Anyone else counting down til LOST starts??!!

Wowee! Welcome green! We have such a cool assortment or jobs, don't we?! Dog breeders, lamby birthers, airplane builders, animators (<---me!).... errrmmm... and more that have escaped my memory right now. Congrats on your upcoming surgery! You're in for some excitement Mandi

Argon's Activities
Hey guys! I think I might work at the coolest place ever. I just got home from a big 'studio night out'. It was the 'awards ceremony' for this competition that Dan was in.... at a pool hall. A 'client' supplied a keg of beer, and my boss ran a tab for everyone. I don't know how much it ended up costing him, but imagine 30-ish people drinking as much, and whatever they wanted.... plus they ordered pizzas. Anyways... Dan won. He got a 30GB iPod video, a leather studio jacket, and a trip to the Ottawa International Animation Festival next month. Pretty coooool! So, yeah, I'm damn tired, and I have to work tomorrow... for at least half a day!

What we ate today
Me! me! I actually ate real things today, kind of. breakfast: 6 mini-wheats, and enough 1% milk to soak 'em in + coffee snack: nope lunch: a Lunchable (6 crackers with turkey and cheese) snack: the mini KitKat that came with the lunchable dinner: leftover pizza (from last weekend, yuck)... I ate some of the toppings, and threw the rest away. I think I need to keep drinking coffee in the morning. I really miss it. Maybe now that I can eat in the morning, I can start again. (no coffee on empty stomach for me anymore)

Yoda's Jedi Journals (aka Yoda's Yammerin's)
Oh you... I wouldn't keep a slime cup in the car! If I use it, it'll get replaced! Now, about the colon cleansing... I just *inquired* whether any one had ever tried any of the products marketed for that... it got gross, it got interesting, and it got contraversial :huggie: ... Yoda just can't handle it! LOL You brought it up, Yoda-pie, you better hope nobody here wants to start talkin' about it!!

Thank you Fellow Canucks
I'm so wrapped up with this place, I didn't even KNOW what was going on 'out there'!!

DR Wai leung
So..... BC pays for fills, or your fills are included with the cost of your surgery? I'm confused. If the prov. gov't doesn't cover 'banding', why would they cover fills?

Argon's Activities
Hi guys. I had a thought today.... it's about 4 months til Christmas... and I *should* be going home for it. What do I want for xmas? I'm thinking: TO MAKE IT TO 200lbs (or preferably 199) !! I think I can do it. It would mean ALMOST 2lbs a week, everyweek for the next 113-ish days. Uggg.... that's pretty risky to hope for. That would make my TOTAL loss 84 lbs. I'd go for 75, but now that I've got the "200lb" idea burned in my mind... THAT'S what I want. I'm gonna do it. I'm gonna try for getting to 200lbs by Xmas! Now that you've heard my whole internal struggle with this... go about your business! LOL I just might have to make a ticker for this!

Canadian "AUGUST" Challenge
2.2 more pounds for me today, guys. That's more like it. No more several pound losses! I can eat better... but still not much. I had a WHOLE (still small though) bowl of cream of brocoli Soup yesterday, and I was STUFFED. Umm... did I post my weight earlier? Errmmm... I'll pretend I haven't.

Wheezy Whispers-AKA September's Goals
I don't even know what I want to do for Sept.... still got a few more days to decide! So is this a September goals AND Wheezy thread? Oh... I don't know if we can do a MIX! That's craaazy. Cloe, I bet you'll be gettin' plenty of workout-ness with the lamby's! How about a weight goal?! 8 lbs? C'mon!

Chronicles of Cloe!!!!!
Oooooh SIX baby lambys!?! That's so cool. What does ultrasound-ing do other than tell you how many they're gonna have? Is that all you wanna know? So you know how many to expect? How many rams does it take to knock up all those sheep? LOL, that sounds like a dirty joke! evil evil McDonalds! Oh how I miss it! LOL, not really... I'm surviving. I've kept up my pact with myself to not have McD's or BK until November! (so far!)

Yoda's Jedi Journals (aka Yoda's Yammerin's)
OMG... that's too funny. That'll teach you to not spit slime from moving vehicles! I've now started making sure I have an empty drink cup of some kind in my 'console'.

Chronicles of Cloe!!!!!
Yes.... Buffie does need to come around more!! Cloe, how do you KNOW that the lambing starts this weekend? They look uncomfortble, like they're ready to pop? But how do you know it will be this weekend? Could it be Thursday? Or Tuesday? (I'm totally serious... do you 'induce' them, maybe?)

Dr. Cobourn/Mumford patients
And here are the results: I am just in from Vine Floral!!! Thanks to everyone who called in and contributed to the flowers for Marie. Because of the overwhelming response it was suggested that we go with a "Planter" with flowering plants in it. Everyone who contributed will be put on the card by name. There were 14 or 15 of us! I am not sure if it was 14 orders and 15 names or 13 orders and 14 names. Here is the breakdown We had $180.09 to spend before taxes. $29.95 I put towards a wall hanging/decoration plaque. Gosh I can't remember the wording right now but it was pretty much about finding happiness and living our dreams. I will make a point of getting a good shot of it on Friday along with the planter. I just saw it and thought of Marie! The remaining $150.00 will go towards the flowering dish garden that the florist assures me will not be in a basket but rather a nice planter. She says that it will be big! LOL I might have to find a big strong man to come and help me carry it in on Friday. The card will be a basic "best wishes and good luck" sort of thing. Thanks to everyone! So there ya go. $180 is pretty good! Stay tuned this coming weekend, for the pictures, hopefully!

Canadian "AUGUST" Challenge
I don't know... but I know what antipAsto is. HA! It's kind of like a dip, I guess... you buy it in jars... it has... like... black olives, pearl onions, tuna, tomato stuff, green beans, some other veggies... it's kind of sweet, and perfecto on Breton crackers! These fools don't seem to know a good thing when they taste it. LOL Well anyways, *I* like it. If you belong to Costco, and ever see some there, buy it and try it! I say Costco, cause I've never tried any other good stuff, besides someone's homemade antipasto.

DR Wai leung
Oh no... I'm not thinking of coming there for fills. I'm just wondering, cause I know of a lady who's *thinking* about it, and was just curious, so I could tell her, if she wanted to know!
