Definitely going to do this because at this point I’m just saying my scale is broke.

Still waiting to loose weight... lol like😭😭😭 what am I doing wrongggg. Gained a pound again and im so lost as to whats going on its 6 weeks out and im only down 28 pounds :(

Good Morning Everyone, it has been three weeks and three days since my Gastric Sleeve Surgery. For some reason I am not able to eat much of anything. Only liquids and I have to try to get my Protein in via shakes. I decided I would do herbalife shakes. They are the only ones I like. My surgeon and nutritionist said at this point I have to get something down so that is ok. The good news now lol I have lost 30LBS. I have attached a before and after pic.

I'm not done yet. I've lost about 55% of my EBW so far at 6 months. But here's a 6 month "little bit better than 1/2way" B/A for ya.

Still on my journey. From a size 22 in the pic on the right to a 12 dress. Still dropping and i feel great!

Never thought I would ever post a pic like this. 9 months post surgery down 95 lbs. Wish I did this 10 years ago...
