Hey all I was banded by Gorospe on July 8, 2008. Dr Kirk is great. He did warn me of the wait for fills and suggested I go ahead and make the appt and just cancel if it wasn't needed. But everyone at Baily Medical was great.

I was banded on 7-8 and have lost 20 pounds, 10 in my 4 days before and 10 since my surgery.

Where do you buy those at ? The Designer Whey Protein. Any suggestions on how to get thru the 4 days before on clear liquids? Like what to eat or drink?

Hey i'm new to this site. My banding date is July 8 with Gorospe. I'm doing some research now on how to get my protein and trying to mentally prepare myself for this life change. Any suggestion on what is good?... They told me to check out Tulsa Discount Sports on 61st and Memorial. Just looking for suggestion on high protein low card drinks (that taste good) :ohmy:
