    A year and a half post-op...

I don’t track food and hydration, I try to just listen to my body and eat when I’m hungry. I portion and eat till I’m comfortably full. I did fall off for a month after a death in the family but I have since been back on track. I’m comfortable where I am, but I fixate on that number sometimes, and do still get cravings. Just was looking for tips on how others handle their cravings if they come up.
  2. I’m new to this group, never thought I’d join a support group because I try to handle everything on my own. It’s been a year and a half and I’ve plateaued with weight loss and feel a little stuck. I’ve lost 90lbs and need to lose 30lbs to reach my goal and I’m struggling a bit with it. I guess I was hoping to connect with individuals like myself that can share tips and tools that they have used to get back on track.
