  1. :w00t: I guess every physician has their own set of rules. My physician said not to drink anything 30-minutes prior to eating because it will fill up too fast. I will have to try drinking a little before and just maybe this will help!
  2. :ohmy:Well thats good to know that this is normal, but its scary that you never know what food will do from one day or meal to the next! Thanks for the reply!
  3. I was banded on January 29th and lost about 35 pounds:smile:. I was just wondering if anyone else is having the same trouble that I am:unsure:? Some times if I eat a certain food it goes down just fine. But if I eat it again at another time, I have a problem with throwing it back up. Is this normal?
  4. I was banded on January 29, 2008. I have lost 35 pounds now. I exercise 3 to 4 times a week. I use the Precor cross trainer for 35 minutes, followed by 20 minutes of either the stationary bike or the rowing machine at our local Wellness Center. Is 35 pounds a good weight loss for this amount of time?
  5. :tt2: I am 3-months post-op. Lost 31 pounds but the port still hurts! Is this normal??:tt1:
