I have caritan insurance and I must say unless you have a physician's office or facility that knows how to submit claims to Cariten don't look for much to be paid for. Not even prescriptions. 98% of the the prescriptions my family takes and that is generic drugs it doesn't cover. Should you speak with someone at the insurance company get it in writing as to what they will cover. Just to keep you from having to have to pay extra later. Everything goes to deductables.
