Not loosing but not gaining over the holidays is a first!

I’m 5’2” SW 248 lost to 215 on my own. Went into surgery at 209. CW 202 day 8. Sleeve I’m 45. Seems surreal that I can actually eat to a normal size!

I told no one but my kids and husband!!

I’m down about 15 in two week pre op and one week post diet

Full liquids, so protein shakes, jello, soup (just the liquid) yogurt to take my crushed meds 🤢

So interested in what people are eating! I’m day 8 as well!

What are slider foods?

Day 3 feeling so much better. Toured San Diego today walked at least 3 miles, feeling great!

Does anyone ever mess up and eat something from the next phase before you were ready, like a soup that served more as a purée than a full liquid. And if so what happens?

@ mrslingo I didn’t have surgery in fla, I went to Tiajuana! After almost 24 hrs they added tramadol thank god! That helped a lot!

My surgery was yesterday. I’ve had horrific pain, but they also made a 4 inch mid abdominal incision to fix a large hernia. They don’t like to use opioids where I am 😩 they finally added something stronger than toradol today! It helped alit. But before that did think I was going to get through. Only sips of ice/water so far and it hurts. Some of you are doing so great. It gives me hope!

Anyone have sleeve and hernia repair together??

Hi there! Being sleeved on June 22. Wondered what exactly do I need outside the recommended diet and vitamins? Like tools, small containers, etc. what things just made life easier?
