    Thank you ladies! I've decided to do No Weigh May! I've been working out and walking consistently since last August. I really don't want to be so consumed with the number on the scale. I think that is something I really need to work thru. I feel like I haven't weighed in years and it's been four days. May could be a long month!!

    I have hit my longest stall so far. Six weeks, and I've really struggled this last week to stay on plan. Any suggestions to stay motivated and not lose my determination. This is such a battle of the mind. I just don't want to fall into my old habits that I've worked so hard to overcome.
