    Currently sitting here with a lump in my throat from where I ate too big a chunk of turkey sausage. It is uncomfortable and I feel like I need to throw up, but it is also a nice little warning to slow down.

    I was sleeved Nov 2nd! No problems or issues at all. Have my follow up appointment today and stepped on the scale today to see 23 pounds gone forever! HW 309 SW 285 CW 262 GW 190
