  7. Never told people outside my family and no one ever commented on my portions. They knew I was trying to lose weight (which I was) so everyone was actually really supportive “let’s order from ___ instead of pizza so Jenn can eat with us”

  9. As far as I’m concerned, it’s no one else’s business.
  10. I wouldn’t...avoid that stuff as long as possible.
  11. I overheard my sons baseball team (bunch of 12 year old boys) saying “wow, your mom looks great! She’s so healthy now!” The fact that they noticed says a lot
  12. I’d stay under 500 for the time being.
  13. Love my bypass, would do it again in a heartbeat. Fixed my reflux. Additionally, it’s really easy to control dumping. Don’t eat high fat or high sugar foods and you’re good
  14. You’ll be fine to care for yourself
  15. I had mine out at the same time, no biggie and I haven’t missed it
  16. Yeah! I Attended a party during pre-op too. It was so difficult but I felt empowered afterward! You did awesome, congrats
  17. I love how I look in clothes (for the most part) but naked I look wrinkly and saggy ???‍♀️
  18. I lost 130+ pounds (surgery was 7/10/18) and I’ve stuck to my lifestyle meal plan. I can’t eat sweet things anymore, they taste terrible to me. I drink a gallon of water a day, exercise 4-5 times per week and stopped using food as comfort
  19. Hi July folks, just wanted to pop in and say I had my bypass July 10, 2018 so I’m approaching 2 years! I’ve lost 130+ lbs and I’m living my best life! You are all starting on an amazing journey!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️
