Eating to much symptoms
Pressure in chest, hiccup, nose running. But at first I had no symptoms so I would just measure everything. Maybe 6-7 month after I started feeling/noticing the signs of being full

I had a deducible of $250. I was billed afterward I called my insurance company beforehand and asked for specifics, down to which anesthesiologists were in network

Need a good LIE
I told people I had my Gall bladder removed, which technically it was, and now I just can’t tolerate many of the foods (high fat, sugar, carbs) that I used to eat.

One year plus- Could you eat a whole PB&J sandwich?
1 year, 5 months out PB and J..haven’t tried, too much bread Taco Bell...haven’t tried it Hamburger...yes without any bun Toast...too much bread Egg McMuffin...might be able without the top English muffin Most of these foods do not sound like they are part of the life style plan.

Hospital Bag
I would just caution against bringing anything with a heavy scent. I had to share a room, and if my roommate had brought aromatherapy oils or scented lotions I would have cried.

Bought a size 10 pair of pants today. Used to be in 22/24. Loving life

Feeding young family while on a liquid diet and beyond?
I don’t know how far into the process you are, but start working on your “life style” menu. The liquid and purée stages are short lived, but rethinking how you prepare and what foods you serve will be forever. Get the kids involved in preparing/Choosing/shopping for meals

What do you do to get back on track?
Set a goal with a time limit and that is measurable; run a 5k or fit into my size ___ again by March 1st, or track everything I eat for 3 months, etc

Cleanliness after surgery
The incisions are small and the pain is minimal so it shouldn’t really be an issue

Foods to avoid to improve scar healing?
Never heard of this. I would assume if you are eating healthy then your skin would be healthy, thus improving scars. I really don’t know though

How often do others weigh themselves?
I do every morning, but each person is different

Cold
I’m at 16 months and still always cold ☹️

So happy with weightloss but exhausted
This was me for weeeeks! Once you start to eat more food, energy will follow. By 6 weeks, shouldn’t you be on some type of foods? Also ditch the patches, they are garbage.

I’ve tried soda once or twice since surgery (16 months out) honestly it tastes so gross. Like chemicals. I do drink the occasional beer or white claw without issue though

Hungry!
I used to get excited for my twice a day vitamins because they were chewable. This too shall pass...it’s not fun, but it’s a big part of the process
