  2. I have Aetna also. I dont require a letter of necessity, but i do have to do thr physician directed weight loss. Some Aetna plans are 3 and some are 6 mos. I just have to show my monthy paperwork.

  8. About.time... i am so sorry you are having to go through all of this. You can only do what you can do. Take a breath and relax. I would call the surgeons office tomorrow and let them know thw issues you are having and flat out tell them that you need help. They should have coordinators to help with theae things. I really hope things settle down for you and wish u good luck. Keep us updated to your progress.
  9. That has veen my hardest part so far. I went to my seminar Feb 13th. Quit smoking Feb 26th. I did use a nicotine free e cig for a few wks. I still have cravings.

  21. From what I understand my doctors have 2 different ones. 1 is all liquid, the other is a shake for breakfsst. Protein bar for lunch, 3 oz lean protein, 1 cup veggies and a small piece of fruit for dinner. Broth and sf jello and popcicles if needed. Obviously im hoping to qualify for the second option...lol
