Hair Loss
I had never heard of this. I just checked it out with one of my cousins who is an herbalist in Poughkeepsie and she recommends it highly. I'm going to give it a try. Thanks for the recommendation!

Hair Loss
We had our surgeries a week apart and I'm still losing a ton. Pulled a dead-mouse worth out of the shower drain this morning - UGH! But since all my brothers are bald, maybe I can't complain too much. I do expect mine to grow back

Drinking Too Much Too Fast
Totally fine. While you shouldn't take big gulps, once the swelling has gone down, you should be able to drink pretty much normally. Liquids won't stretch your pouch and you won't really start to feel restriction until you move on to soft foods. Believe me, you'll understand the difference when you get there! Congrats on doing so well!

I need help diet and exercise
I'm so sorry to hear about your mother, what a sad and stressful time for you. My thoughts are with you and your family. I can't really help with the meals. I still get the lion's share of my protein with shakes. Good luck on your journey.

Pickle snocone ?
Honestly I didn’t think about that. Thank you! That very well may have been the issue. Hopefully later I can do those because it was the best thing I’ve had since surgery but it made me have some pretty rough issues! You're still in the "introduce new foods one at a time and see how it goes" stage. Try again in a few weeks and see if you can handle it. (Maybe bring it home so you have a bathroom handy )

Struggles after surgery?
So long as it doesn't hurt, don't worry about it. Liquids can't stretch out your sleeve. You should be able to easily drink 4-6 oz at a time now. (Again, not chugging, but normal-sized swallows)

Struggles after surgery?
Does it still hurt when you drink? Two months out you should be able to drink pretty normally. No chugging, but not having to take tiny sips, either.

Thanks, I'm always happy to learn new things! So, you would never just eat fruit, or just eat veggies? You always pair with protein?
