  1. I never excercised at all and have lost well so far. But I can't shift the last few pounds even though I have good restriction. I have taken up running and hope this will take me to 140lbs.
  2. Has no-one told you fizzies are not allowed. They swell in your stomach and may cause slippage. Because of where the band is placed, the gas cannot escape very easily. I suppose people get told different things by their surgeon, but mine told me to avoid them completely!!
  3. Swelling is the most probable cause. After a bad pb it is advisable to go onto liquids for 24 hours to allow the stomach to recover.
  4. The band will most definately help you to loose 100 pounds. If you want a slower loss then in my opinion the band sounds perfect for you. Jeanette x
