  5. Hello everyone, hope all is well I've been thinking about this topic for a few months now. I wonder if anyone who is losing the weight noticed that when shopping for clothes my mine is still thinking big sizes. Example, I go to buy a pair of jeans I go straight to sizes I used to be, like 16, then I find myself talking no your size is 2 then slowly I go over to the smallest size. I look at the clothes and still can't believe I'm that small now. Several times this happened to me ANYONE out there are going through eye adjustment on weight loss? Share your story.

  7. It takes time, I felt like that at times, but just lots moisturizer so skin bounces back with time. Best of luck.

  11. You can have your cup a day I'm the Same way too one cup in the morning as long as uts just one cup a day and a regular size cup 8ozs or less. Enjoy your cup of coffee its ok!
  12. So far I'm on track and then some, 245 to 115 lbs its Funny now I'm trying to keep the lbs but that's because of my achalasia lll, but working on it day by day.

  14. To my tailbone friends, I bought this seat cushion it's memory foam I hope it will somehow help me out while seating. I will keep you up to date with the results lol.

  16. Congratulations on 200 lbs gone!, yes my tailbone is driving me crazy, it hurts even when I lay down, I ordered tailbone memory foam cushion I hope this will help.
  17. Make sure your emotional ready also if you have a medical history, it's a good time to bring up any concerns
