  2. I've had a glass of wine at a happy hour or at dinner with friends. I'm a fan of chilled white wine, sav. blanc or pinot gr. Nothing sweet but I think that's personal preference. The red doesn't settle well in my stomach, feels too heavy and thick for some reason. I would totally do vodka, if I like it- but I don't so my options are pretty limited. I tried a glass of champagne on new years, the first carbonated drink I've had since my surgery (this past March) and it did not go well. I'll spare you the details but no, absolutely not- never again. lol
