  1. Smooth move tea works in a few hours but it does cause stomach cramps for about 15 min Works though!!

  9. Only thing that really helps that is tons of walking. When you think you’re done walking- walk more. Lay on your side and massage your stomach too- helps a bit Feel better
  10. Hydration isn’t an issue ! Your taste for cold or unflavored water may change but that’s easily fixed with other options! Good luck
  11. Walk as much as possible..... it helped the chest pain. For me that was gas trapped there

  15. I had the bypass and was off for 1 1/2 weeks. Was more than enough but it’s a different surgery
  16. I’m thrilled to be where I am now but if I had to choose a goal- I would want to get to 140. It seems like the middle of the BMI range for me at 5’6”. My nutritionist said to cut that 5 more lbs to give a cushion. So I guess 135?? Seems like a pipe dream but then again- I never thought I’d see 152

  18. HA.... literally what it sounds like. Isnt a throw up, just a foamie regurgitation of sorts. No food, just foamie saliva. Gross but not painful

  21. Premiere protein has a lot of flavors and 30 g . A bit sweet but easily watered down or added to coffee etc. vanilla is least sweet and caramel is good!
  22. I like the peppermint— soothes your stomach too
  23. You could tell them that you’re eating many small meals which would account for the size of your meal. Good luck!
