  1. Congrats to you! Glad you’re up and doing well!
  2. Congratulations! Happy for you!
  3. You look awesome but more importantly you feel great. I’m sorry about the current situation with your wife, I hope she comes out of the funk and realizes before it’s too late. Do what’s best for you and your child.
  4. MIZ... just let it go, people have moved on. It’s enough and it’s uncomfortable for everyone. Thanks.
  5. I’m sure everything went great! Post when you’re able. Congrats :)
  6. Did you post it in the Vets forum?

  9. Wow! Amazing job, congrats!!
  10. I was amazed ... I was so focused on the scale and then one day WHAM holy moly inches had fallen off of waist and chest. Oh and the butt?? Don’t remember when that went but it’s gone lol. For me it was the constant pant sizes dropping .... literally every 2 weeks I needed new pants haha Congrats on your inches!!
  11. How about we all just stop this thread before we go even further from “too far” .... we each have our own plan that works for us in this time frame. We need to support one another not compare one another or tear each other down. Xo
  12. Glad you went to ER! Good luck with the surgery to fix it - feel better!
  13. Great! So when is your date? You should be good to go!
  14. Those are around my stats. I’d shoot for middle of your BMI range. 144 is still on the top end of our range. I personally am shooting for 135. Talk to you Drs about gaining or stopping weight if you’re that concerned
  15. great to hear.... keep it up, its a great journey!
  16. you shouldnt have to tell them anything. Just say surgery .... I like Chunkysoup's answer of hernia. I never told anyone other than my husband. Weight loss- I said I switched my diet to low carb high protein months before and added in a lot of exercise etc
  17. Should say “foamies”.... not goalies” —damn auto correct
  18. Never :). Got goalies once or twice but have never thrown up
  19. I lIve on those still ! So awesome!
  20. I crushed mine and mixed them into a shake or warm broth. Still nasty but a bit less gross ?
