  1. Daily for me. I like to see what is going on. When I plateau I find my inches are going down.
  2. Congrats! I am so glad you are feeling healthy and energized. What an accomplishment.
  3. Well the hubby takes all of the measurements and the personal trainer at work only does certain ones. I need to ask my hubby to do a new round as I am very curious about what has changed in 2 months.
  4. Okay so I have hit another 2 week plateau so I asked my trainer to take my measurements. I get too hung up on what the scale says and it really messes with my head. The measurements really help me keep all my hard work in perspective. I surely have am proud of this.
  5. I would make the drive. I would hate for you to run into any obstacles if another doctor words something not quite right.
  6. I had sleeve and really didn't feel any restriction until I was on solids.
  7. Way to go! Looking terrific!
  8. I was so sensitive to smells post surgery. After a couple of week that started to fade. Vitamins still bother my stomach, but I did liquids as mentioned above. I did take a couple week break from them on my surgeon's orders when I was having my worst issues with them. Now I am able to take vitamins pills. Keep the faith, it will get easier.
  9. Speaking of trading in clothes, I am in Chicagoland (NW burbs) and I have a couple of bags of clothes that are 3X, 26/28 and 22/24 that I would love to pass along to someone that could use it. I have work clothes, dresses and casual clothes to share. If you are interested, please let me know!
  10. Do you mind if I ask how approximately much you pay for a personal trainer? I am looking to start with one myself soon. Thanks.
  11. My weight loss journey started with me at my high weight of 308. On day of surgery I was 270 and now I am down to 241. TWL = 67lbs. I was wearing a size 26/28/3x but now am down to 2x in most everything - depends on the style. I am 10 weeks postop now. I am struggling with only losing 29lbs since surgery. I feel like it should be more based on what I see others losing.
