  1. Today is my 3rd day Post Op. Had my surgery on Monday. Overall, I am doing good! My surgery went great! I am moving around ok. My pain level is normal. My greatest pain is the biggest insertion site. The gas pain is slowly going away. It is mostly in my chest and shoulders. Taking the chewable Gas X. I mostly slept all day once I came home from the hospital. I did not meet my protein nor liquids goal yesterday. I plan to meet it today. My biggest challenge is my meds. Getting them down in the crushed state! They are just plain NASTY!! I am happy to begin this second part of my journey and have been feeling at peace.
