I just had surgery last Friday (sleeve with Dr. Friedman). Haven’t met with the NP yet. Good experience so far. Are you happy with your decision? And how are you feeling? [emoji4]

UMP Protein power is the best. A little pricey but Amazing! Look up their reviews. The Cookies and cream is amazing!
