I think I will go with the truth first and if you get a bad response then use the lie....... I'm 13 mths out and I get the same bs...... Just make them lots of fattening casseroles and junk food once a week lol

Lol I hear ya !!! Isn't great !!! I was a size 24-26 3x. In October my mom and I went to Kohls ...I grabbed a 17 ...lol to big ...grabbed a 15 to big..a 13 not bad. Got to check out and wow I looked at my mom and said ""oh my God"" ""those are juniors size 13""" and the cash register lady said is that okay? and I was like YEAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! after wearing them for 3 days I thought dam should have gone another size smaller. lol

I too was scared its the not knowing and its ok ...just breath..... I know its overwhelming....I was scared ... you can do it!!!!! I read my binder over and over that I got from the Dr. It talks about the surgery, nutrition, all the nutrients you have to keep up on and what happens if you don't. But by re-reading over and over it all begins to click... Then I also bought a book on line specifically for the surgery I had ...its been a year and I still re-read now I can say "ah! Ha! I've done that" or "ah! I've felt that way" and that's why or ah! "I need to eat more of this and then I feel better physically"

Yes its winter & I live in Ohio.... But I'm
FREEZING. I worked so hard to get the weight off and now I'm cold. My insulation is gone!!! I wear a tank top, along sleeve turtleneck, a long sleeve t-shirt and a sweatshirt. Lol four layers to work. Plus my coat, head band, hat, gloves. I feel like that kid from the Christmas story who's all bundled up to go outside and play in the snow and can't move lol. I wear sweats around the house and have to wrap up in a blanket. sometimes I have to go in and take a HOT shower just to warm my body up. I also go to bed now with my sweat pants and sweat shirt lol real sexy right? Not complaining..... happy that I'm skinny.... BUT I AM FREEEEEEZZZZZZING LOL. I think I need to move to a tropical island!!!!!!!!!!

Honestly I think it depends on each individual person but I know grease does not go well with my stomach or like I Love Teriyaki chicken I cannot eat a lot of that... sauces things like that just don't sit well with my stomach... trust me I think a lot of it is trial and error and you are definitely going to find the error of your ways...lololololo.. you'll be running for the bathroom

Tomorrow is the start to your new life trust me you will be happy ....im almost 1 yr come January I would do it again in a heart beat... my life is healthier and happier than ever.... yes there has been up and downs but mostly ups ups ups !!! Good luck to you all tomorrow
