I’ve ate out maybe 5-6 times since surgery in November. Red Robin was a success, so was Panera. Sushi and Mexican not at all successful. Made my stomach feel like I was eating straight acid.

Yesterday was my 5 month post op. Officially down 83.4 lbs since surgery and 107 lbs since my highest weight!



HW: 282.2 lbs
SW: 256.4 lbs
CW: 180.0 lbs

Had surgery 11/20/17 Hw: 290 SW:243 CW:170

My surgeon said it’s fine, but thanks.

I lived on Powerade zero during my pre op and early post op. Now I have one weekly or so, I prefer mio drops due to the convenient way to carry and all that.

“Are you eating enough, you look tired” always makes me laugh. I usually say “yes I had weight loss surgery etc” and I get a resounding “oh....*stops talking*” ☺️

My surgeons office said 60% excess weight. But I made a personal goal of 130 and I’m only 30lbs away from that after 4 months so I think I’m going to pass with flying colors ☺️ But I can understand a program wanting to be conservative since results of course do vary, as someone already said.

Also in MO. All of my costs were included, my psych eval too. I did pay for the initial visit with the surgeon.

Girl, I've been had one. And they're amazing! Ended up getting one for every bathroom in my house so people wouldn't have to fight anymore. Also got one for my parents. They love it too.

Yes, a squatty potty. This ongoing Constipation is ridiculous. And while I’m on a plan to address that and help things along, my family and a few friends swear by the squatty potty so I gathered up my pride and bought one 😂 hooray for post op poop troubles 🙄
anyone else swear by it? Have one? Love it? Notice a difference? Still trying to ignore my embarrassment and realize my booty will appreciate it (hopefully)
