  1. Skyr has a lot less! Skyr doesn't even taste sweet. It kind of tastes like a very light sour cream with a hint of vanilla bean or whatever other flavor you choose. All in all it rests really well in my pouch. Sent from my Z981 using BariatricPal mobile app

  9. Actually, diet soda is disgusting if you think long and hard about it. It doesn't even really taste that great - we just grow accustomed to it.
