  9. I like preimer and the new nutri system drink, but they gag me know, 3 months in i just put couple pcs banana, strawberry, plain yougurt with kale, protein power, ice and protein soy milk and blend. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  10. 10/16 surgery date (310), so for my 40 day check in i'm at (249.9) this morning, down from a starting weight of 329 last Jan 17th. Trying to hold off on buying clothes but sure is nice to be able to buy something in a regular store.

I dont know kg, but i was on bp meds for years, i was getting a little dizzy, surgeon had told me when i get to 120 stop taking meds which didnt help either, so i started doing halves, then quaters a few weeks before stopping med. Everything is great now, took about a month to feel right. Now 115/ 78 with no meds. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  12. You can do a protein shake with peanut butter powder, little banana, plain yougurt, ice ,water maybe little spinach and get quite a bit of protein without all the processed stuff that comes with them and save some money. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk
  13. I just started week 7 and i have eaten ground beef a few times with no problems, usually in a lettuce wrap with refried beans, only get about 4-5 good bites and Im done. I can eat pretty much any protein without any problems.
  14. I hate eggs now so not much input on them, but when you put some real protein down that you have chewed you should get the fullness. I can eat 4-5 oz of yogurt or cottage cheese pretty easy, but a half cup of chicken feels like i swallowed a whole turkey. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk

  18. Today is the end of 5 weeks for me, kind of leveled off on weight loss, but losing inches for sure. I switched form premier shakes to making my own think the little bit of fruit I'm adding may be slowing progress. Started eating some meat everything is going down good, meat does sit in your belly way more then cottage cheese or yogurt for sure. started at 310, weighed in today at 274.5
  19. Starting week 5 monday, puree stage is getting old, even my go to premier shakes are starting to taste rank. Had a lunch to at a bbq place, didnt eat much, but once home i nutri bullet a twice backed potato and brisket together that was really good. Sent from my SM-G925V using Tapatalk

  24. I had 10 day check up yesterday, dropped 20 so far, dr moved me onto stage 3 puree foods, looking foward to something other then a shake.
