Low blood pressure?

Im 5 months post op lost 42 kg and since summer started here a month ago or so i’ve been feeling very dizzy and tired all the time. I started to take my blood pressure a few times a day and its low i’ve been getting 10/6 or 9/6 when i used to have normal bp around 12/8.

Anyone else had this problem?

I dont know kg, but i was on bp meds for years, i was getting a little dizzy, surgeon had told me when i get to 120 stop taking meds which didnt help either, so i started doing halves, then quaters a few weeks before stopping med. Everything is great now, took about a month to feel right. Now 115/ 78 with no meds.
