I freeze all the time now. I sleep with a warm jacket, socks and don't laugh but sometimes I now even put a toque on. I just cannot warm up. And if it's below 30 outside I put on two pants. I was a over 30 year smoker and I quit 9 months before surgery and haven't look back since. I tried patches , gum..etc. The only thing that helped me was Nicorette Quick Mist Mouth Spray. And will power! I wanted the surgery more than smoking. Sent from my Nexus 5 using BariatricPal mobile app
