Spicy food?

Hi,

I love spicy food however, after the surgery i’m scared to try anything spicy not waiting to upset my stomach. How was your experience with spicy food?

I put tobasco on everything right now and it's ok... haven't had the courage to try hot peppers yet..but I only had my surgery on Nov 1 /17.

I had really hot Thai food and survived:)

I ate chicken tikki masala twice (with ground chicken), and a half a pastele with a lil hot sauce. No issues. In fact they were a great change of pace on this stage of my diet!!
