I've been packing the 2oz containers of hummus, applesauce in a squeeze pack, foil packets of tuna, string cheese, laughing cow cheese, and also tiny mason jars of sous vide coddled eggs. I also always have a shake in my bag. And if all else fails me, I go into Hale & Hearty and pretend I want to taste the lentil Soup (around 2 oz sample cup), then just buy a water. My meals on the go are not fancy at all (except for the coddled egg) but I'm kind of enjoying the food-strictly-as-fuel thing.
For the other stressors of work events: I went to a work buffet the other night and when everyone was getting their first plate I just took myself off to the bathroom, then when I returned grabbed a napkin and a vegetable dumpling in a pair of chopsticks. I nibbled at the veg a bit while talking to people, then binned the 2/3rds remaining of the dumpling. They all assumed I'd already finished a plate, no one noticed a damn thing.
I've also been using the Starbucks mobile app to preorder a short steamed milk with one pump of sugar-free vanilla Syrup whenever we go out for coffee. If we go somewhere else, I just order a peppermint tea. And if we go out for drinks, I already have a reputation for drinking gin and tonics, so I just get Water with lime and no one knows.

Are you keeping a journal of what you are eating? If not you should. The journal could tell you howuch Protein, carbs, fiber, .... You are getting.

I use an app called MyFitnessPal. It has a desktop/web version. The app can use a smartphone to scan a foods barcode in, and it will 99% be accurate. Also has a search function for it's databases. You enter your serving size. Also tracks Water, weight and physical dimensions. FREE. Paid version let you customize meals and goals.

Increasing vegetables can fill you up. I would oftentimes put a little virgin olive oil in a frying pan with broken up cauliflower, seasoned with a spice and fry it until it was soft and slightly crunchy.

That might be pretty close to the truth. One of its users decided to DUID in my neighborhood after smoking it. He plowed into a minivan at over 100 MPH in a 25 MPH zone. Destroyed an entire family.

Jeez you didn't even read it. It's from the national health service and gives you links to research papers as well as analysing how studies are performed - strengths and weaknesses. I guess that just went over your head.

Missy...you need a new man. Or you need to firmly educate the one you have. That kinda talk diminishes your extremely hard work...and it's demoralizing. Let him know it's inappropriate and he's sabotaging you.

Dude, you need to chill. I don't know who the woman is who initially replied to you, however even though you are posted in a male room, your post still appears on the side thread and in some browsers the person can't actually see that this is a male only post. I read her reply and it was totally not intended to be taken as being offensive and you flipped out, because apparently and understandably this is a sensitive issue for you. As you can see there are other women who also posted, not because we want to give you advice on your male-anatomy, but because this isn't a forum that is blocked from women and the only reason half the time we see it as being "male only" is because we're using a particular browser that has "male only" indicator on the tab or we see the content of your post and think, oh whoops, not for me.
You currently have 4 posts on this site, 2 of which were just unacceptably a**h*le responses to someone who was not intending to upset you and likely did not intentionally post in the wrong forum. If your real life personality is at all comparable to the online personality you have demonstrated, your penis size is something that only you will ever have to be concerned about. If you are just starting out this site is hugely helpful and you can find a lot of support here, however the people who provide the most support have little tolerance for drama queens who slew insults at others for posting innocuous well-meaning comments in a forum they may not have realized was only for men, and which there was never any intention to send you so completely flying through the ceiling. No one here is intentionally mean, so get over yourself and try a more appropriate approach if you would like to continue to be considered relevant on this site.

I like to date women who have had WLS, my previous relationship was with someone who had the sleeve as well. Was great having that in common and we could share meals and exercise together. I'm not secretive with my surgery, it's part of who I am and what I chose to help me live a healthy lifestyle.

My op is not for 2 months, but I want to start setting up a practical joke on everyone I know.
If you have any ideas, please post them.
My main Target is my ultrafitness-centered brother who measures his bmi and fat content to at least 0.1%, and my fitness oriented brother and my personal trainer sister in law.
Only people that know about my surgery are my parents. And they will be in on the joke.
My mother will call my brothers with great concern about my weight loss and obsession with medicine balls. She will be concern that I have been unhealthy, possibly bolemia, and suffering from OCD and my medicine ball use is worse than the local teenagers and their skateboard ramps.
They'll come and visit me, and I'll always have a medicine ball, and just play it up. They also see me with a medicine ball when I visit them for Christmas. Anything to perplex them over weight loss. Brother is a graphic design artist, and I might ask him to design a book cover for a self published book "Medicine Ball Miracle". And just see how far I can go with them and everyone else.

I meant in 6 weeks (actually 4 cause liquid diet), in my mind they can't be any diet deviations, and no "I can go off a little today" instances, as i sometimes did when I was in a restaurant if I ordered a steak and it had too any toppings.
