  8. Hi Friends, I had my gastic sleeve surgery on July 30th, 2018. I started out at 297 pounds, as of today I have lost 122 pounds and can not even begin to tell how much better my life is. Last year on was on oxygen 24 hours a day, never left my house..Just getting bigger and bigger and in and out of the hospital constantly. I could not stand the way I looked and my hubby had to fight with me just to go out to dinner or anything. This was going on for more then 10 years and 99 percent of the time he always went everywhere alone. Depression was severe..When I had to stop working and went on disability things only got worse. Then I was put in Medicare and found out they would cover the surgery..And with in 3 months I was headed to the OR... I still have alot of back problems, but I feel amazing..I have a ways to go to hit my goal..But I am beyond amazed how good it has been!! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using BariatricPal mobile app
