SOOOOO its been about almost 5 months since i had surgery.. the first 3 months i was doing amazing eating right excersing right and then BOOM some of my old cravings has reappeared and honestly im so disappointed in myself but yet so proud i went from 439 to 372 pound in this time frame ... I eat whatever i want but no fried food or any junk not even soda . I had whole wheat Pasta and brown rice of course pouch size .. I wonder if there is some kind of MIND RESET.. I dont know what happend. The weight is still coming off but not as fast as i would like .. Started thinking about getting the other half done but is it to early on to be thinking like this.. ? I have been doing this walk alone and sometimes it gets me down .. I wish i had a supportive family or something of the sort. But Please no judgement i give myself it enough just looking for some advice

Everyone is different with their weight loss so I think you're doing well. You are supposed to eat your Protein first and anything else as you can. Do you measure your food? That might be something you want to consider. I'm almost 4 months post-op and just now able to start eating more things at the same time. I haven't ventured into sweets yet though.

So i am at the end of my pureeing stage and i feel as though i forgot how to eat.. and dont wanna eat anything that has to be chewed. Fish was yuck , chicken yuck now to try Turkey .. i will be sticking to shakes until i can figure out how to chew .. anyone else having this issue

Wow!! I am so happy this appointment went well i was so nervous about the weight loss but in 3 weeks i lost 30 pounds my dr is very proud of me as i am in myself.. Only issue i am having is the constipation.. its been 8 days of hell!!! Everything i have tried did not work so doc says just use a suppository and milk of mag every 6 hours until i go. Other than that it has been a wonderful adventure yet far ❤
