Hello everyone i am new to the group :) i had my gastric sleeve sept.18.2017 i am doing very well and pain free .. im just having trouble fitting in my protien and water because i be so full . However going in i was very nervous had mixed emotions but with faith and prayer i got through it . My weight is dropping and i can finally start my life. Good luck to those who is getting ready to go in . Remember your doing this to become a better you :)
